Everything shown has been cleared for portfolio use, with sensitive data, proprietary workflows, and identifiable internal systems redacted or generalized where required. Case Study · Siemens
Siemens' Online Supplier Portal had drifted into a patchwork due to years of legacy tooling layered over third-party workarounds. Files lived in three places. Status updates moved across four channels. Internal R&D teams and external suppliers couldn't see what each other were doing, but they had built routines around the dysfunction. A redesign was not just a technical project; it was a behavior change problem.
Structured discovery with internal stakeholders and suppliers to find where the workflow actually broke not just where it looked broken. The thesis that emerged: communication, not transaction, was the cornerstone of the redesign. Every screen that followed flowed from that decision.
A single, unified workspace replacing the patchwork, built around five core moments: a shared home for Siemens and supplier users, multi-criteria supplier search with favorites, an overview and participant selection flow, structured communication setup, and rich communication streams supporting internal chat, file sharing, and document exchange.
Three interactive prototypes were validated through usability testing: nine international participants across three global regions, each completing three core tasks. The platform tested at a 95% success rate.

Case Study · Navistar
Navistar's Configuration-Pricing-Quoting portal had become a "swivel chair" workflow with sales staff bouncing between legacy tools to assemble a single quote. Selecting a VIN, layering on custom configurations, adding warranty and service contracts, and generating pricing; each step lived in a separate system. Internal staff had built workarounds, but every workaround introduced cost: configuration errors, slower quotes, fragmented handoffs to the customer.
Competitive analysis of leading e-commerce and configuration platforms surfaced a thesis: bring the cart-like paradigm into industrial sales. If buying a six-figure commercial vehicle can feel as visual and confident as buying anything else online, the technical complexity becomes manageable. Discovery sessions across five user roles: sales reps, configurator agents, service technicians, purchasing agents, and end customers. All mapped where each one would encounter friction in that paradigm.
A redesigned CPQ portal replacing fragmented tooling with a single, e-commerce-inspired workflow. Vehicle configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract selection now live in one cart-like environment with clear calls to action and a visual hierarchy that guides users end to end. Internal sales teams and external buyers collaborate in the same environment instead of trading screenshots and PDFs.

Case Study · Bristol Myers Squibb
CAR T-cell therapies are among the most tightly regulated treatments in oncology. FDA-mandated REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) certification requires healthcare providers to complete a multi-stage process: onboarding, testing, staff management, and ongoing compliance. All across five distinct user roles. BMS's legacy compliance workflow was fragmented across systems, each step gated by legal and regulatory review, with no end-to-end visibility. Every design and content decision required regulator-grade precision.
Embedded with BMS stakeholders through iterative discovery and design sprints to map end-to-end flows across all five roles. Each parent-and-child screen was treated as a single source of truth: one design artifact that legal, regulatory, engineering, and product all referenced, eliminating the back-channel inconsistencies that typically slow regulated software. Midway through MVP1 development, BMS launched a corporate rebrand. Visuals, tone, and interaction patterns were updated mid-stream without disrupting the regulatory delivery timeline.
MVP1 delivered in roughly six months. This included a unified ecosystem of three integrated applications: staff management, online certification testing, and customer service support. Each app addressed the specific needs of its user group while maintaining a cohesive visual and functional experience across the suite. The refreshed BMS brand identity carried through every surface, in alignment with the new corporate direction.

U.S. Air Force Research Labs
A patchwork of legacy tools across AFRL's research operations consolidated into a single Pegasystems-based platform - bringing case types, task workflows, and reporting under one interface. Designed end-to-end: process flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and an application style guide for the engineering team to build against.
IFAD - International Fund for Agricultural Development
IFAD needed a public-facing portal that connected rural development initiatives with potential funders - emphasis on clarity and immediate visual impact. The design proposal centered on immersive hero sections and a searchable matrix that matched projects with appropriate funding sources, delivered as custom Bootstrap layouts for the Liferay backend.
L'Oréal Group
L'Oréal Group's strategic marketing teams ran complex global campaigns across multiple proprietary legacy platforms. The Pegasystems case management framework served as the foundation for a unified suite. This would consolidate campaign briefs, approvals, and stakeholder workflows into a single connected experience.
United Nations
Multiple initiatives across the UN's Rome-based agencies. This included web presence for individual agencies, a refreshed organizational web presence for IFAD, and an intranet kiosk portal concept for cross-agency communication. Delivered as custom Bootstrap layouts implemented in Liferay.
